Favourite Movie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am watching the most favorite movie series of all time " Lord of the Rings!"

 Oh my God! I absolutely love this series. Both book and film.

I have read a lot and seen a lot of movie adaptations of books, but this the most awesome book and adaptation.

I just love them..how beautiful the book series is  I cant describe in words.

The writing is FANTASTIC !
The world building is incomparable.
I am a Tolkien fan !!
This will be the umpteen time I am seeing the movie, but its still as if though I am seeing for the first time.

Wish there was a Middle Earth.

One of the good things I like about the movie is that the essence of the book was not lost in the movie. Usually when a book is made into a movie somewhere something gets mixed up or lost. But this series has tried to adapt the book without much change. And the visual effects and beautiful location of New Zealand gives colors and life to the book.

The Hobbit series is also one of the greatest movie adaptation.







Both these series are a must watch for Tolkien fans.

Bribe or not to bribe?

                An advertisement caught my attention for its theme. The ad is like this: a boy sits in his class, its lunch break and the other boys are going to play a game. The boy asks whether he can join and the leader denies him entry. Then the boy opens his lunch box and shows the leader his lunch. If he wants that tasty stuff then the leader will have to include him in the team. And lo behold! The leader allows him in the team and even offers him leadership. 

           The theme that was meant by the advertiser was that his product is so tasty that anyone will do anything for it. But what I understood was this, if you offer something valuable then you can get anything. Well isn't this what it is called as bribe?

          

 I wondered whether this was an isolated incident but to my amazement there were so many advertisements with the same theme. These ads were seen by small kids, it’s played in cartoon channels and regular channels.

I know what you will be asking, “Come on its just some ads. Why are you analyzing it?” Well, yes dear friends it’s simply ads, which we see daily, for every year and friends that ends up as brainwashing.  And then you end up giving bribes because it’s normal. 

A country, where even your ads are on the theme of bribes and you enjoy them, should never blame when someone is caught bribing. You taught them and you spoon-fed them this, then you should face the consequences.

Bribe doesn't mean just money, any thing or material given to a powerful person to get something back is known as bribe. The oxford dictionary definition, ‘Dishonestly persuade (someone) to act in one’s favour by a gift of money or other inducement,as a verb and ‘A sum of money or other inducement offered or given to bribe someone’, as a noun.

So aren't we trained from childhood to give and take bribes? Some people think intelligently and in large scale and reap the benefit, that’s it? What else is different? Tell me in your life haven’t your parents offered you bribe to be silent or to study or for any other thing? So is it OK then? And when someone offers something big for some favor then that’s wrong? What’s the difference? Aren't we all wrong or just the once who gain are wrong?

 

Then are the ads to be blamed or our upbringing  or what is wrong?

I am not telling that I am a saint (and I am pretty sure all the saints have had the experience of bribe in one form or other). I have given plenty of things to many in forms of sweet or other things. I had offered my younger cousins things to be silent or to do something. So was I bribing? Now am confused. Is this bribe or incentive or pushing in the right direction?

Is it right to offer bribe or be bribed?

And if you are going to say that, under the right circumstance to do the right thing and blah bla blah bla blah, it is a right thing, then aren't the ones who take bribes, which we see as wicked or cruel or bad, thinking like you then?

 Isn't corruption and bribing related? So that means each one of us  is responsible for it.

I think we are a very big confused world, or am I just the only one confused?

P.S:

I know there are a tons of articles on bribing written by very famous persons and experts, but still am wondering would I  have to write this if those articles were effective?

I will still be continuing my old habits of giving things as I have to live and as I like to go with the flow not against it.

Back Again but for how long....

It had been long since I wrote anything. I am not a blogger. till now I have not yet understood the blog concept.
 for me its a place where I can scribble something which anyone can view. Its like writting something on buses, on walls or any public place, anyone can see but few care to read what is written.

 I have not written anything for the past 2 years of which 1 year was spent completing PG and another year in teaching. I had spent 9 Months of this in Europe .. one of the most exciting time in my life.

maybe I will care to scribble the experiences so that anyone can read or maybe not.
I have just 2 or 3 friends in my blog list and I dont think they are bloggers. So ineffect no one will read anything I write. So should i give up writing or not?

If i get one comment maybe i will write. then i will fell like some one had seen my scribbling..

well thats the whole point of writing a blog right. get appreciated or  criticised. if nothing is happening should i write or not?

new phone !! but which??

well the easiest way to buy a new phone is to go to store ask for some phones within ur price range close ur eyes pick one.

tadaaaa u have ur new phone without much fuss..

otherwise u will have a very difficult time. let me tell u ,u have a big troubled mind ahead in choosing one if ur not a "gadget geek"(excluding al those who only have some more than basic knowledge on cells and who dont flip and look at a gadget ad often).

u have a very hard time.

u select one brand (mostly the same brand which u have been using)

u search in popular search engines(mostly coz u dont know which site to look). u realize there r many sites dedicated solely for d purpose of saying d specification of the cellphones existing in d market.( u can even compare 2 models or sometimes even 4. cool na )

u reach a decision then someone ask y u need this much costly phone ??

u realize,' ya dats true wat do i do with it nothing practically so i should rethink'.

u get confused again then ask whom all u know they tell dere opinion,

ur more confused.

finally u decide.

when u reach d store u see new model phones ur again confused like anything.then anyof the following happens

• u come out of d shop if u r too confused.
• if u dont have will power u come out buying d ones u actually never even gave another look at while deciding
• u buy the one u decided(the more stronger will powered ones) in d end.

well this is for those who dont bother to do much research

there r another group who decide for months and reach one decisions. if ur such a person just ignore this

All alone in a crowd..

I dont know whether u have felt like this ever..

You r surrounded by people, yet u feel lonely,like u have been left out, like the invitation to a party has gotten lost in mail or somewhere in the way..

you think some as your friend but somehow they forget to call u for many things, and later someone ask,' hey why were u not there' , then u r speechless.

Do u know how much it pains, when u come to know from others about something which u should have been in the front to do.That pain is like a dagger being thrust into your heart.

haven't u felt it atleast once??

well i fell it often.. i decide i wont let anyone do so but again and again i am failing in my resolve .

is it because i have less will power or is it because i am too sensitive..

have u had that trouble?

or i might be paranoid...

well i hope no one has to go through these experience ever.....

why

Why am I writing this, I don’t know.
Why I shouldn’t write I don’t know.
Why, why, why?? I question why.
Why do we ask questions?
Why do we smile, cry and frown?
Why do we do it?
Why do we kill, steal and murder?
Why do we love, like and care?
Why, I ask myself.
Will I ever have my answers, I wonder....
